Ok, I’m back gonna start up again. If i did it once i can do it again. It’s gonna take time and probably start slow but It can be done. So, let’s do this!
Ok so i kinda gave up, but yet not completely. I’m still struggling to hold on to my motivation, determination, in the faith that i can still do this. I still have a strong hold on it but it’s just at the cusp, before it turns and i completely let go..
What’s the difference whether you make it a cheat or a choice?
The difference is how the decision to treat yourself will make you feel. Making it a choice gives you the upper hand and tells you that you’re still in charge. You wanted to eat something high-calorie or unhealthy, so you did. Saying it’s a choice gives you the food awareness you need to have a healthy relationship with food. Saying it’s a cheat, on the other hand, will give you feelings of failure. Really, just the negative tone of the word is enough to make you feel bad about yourself. But if you say that eating something you normally would decide against was a choice you willingly made, you won’t have to “get back on track” because you were never off track in the first place.

#31. Everything you need right now is inside of you.
It’s been a while since i last posted my weigh in weight. I haven’t been very motivated. Blah :P I’ve lost about a pound or two since my last weigh in. Haven’t been keeping track of anything like i was before, Last time i posted my weight i was 259.8 that was on 10/22/12 I’m 258.0 lbs now weighed myself last week.haven’t gained or lost anything since then. Don’t think i’m losing or gaining anything this next weigh in. Just got to keep in mind that i can get back on track. I did it once i can do it again. And Just keep going. I can do this!
Started at 288 lbs. (7/2/12)
Last Week 262 lbs (10/15/12)
This Week 259.8 lbs (10/22/12) YAY!
Woo Hoo! I’ve lost 26 lbs so far was 264.0 lbs last week 262.0 lbs this week!

Did not gain or lose any weight this week. Still at 264 lbs.
What is overnight oats?
Overnight oats (OO) is basically oats soaked in the liquid of your choice. Either milk or yogurt, but you can always experiment with other kinds. It is often chilled overnight (hence the name) and usually left uncooked. However you can heat it up if you prefer to. It is perfect for days when you are in a rush to make breakfast, just make it in a jar the day before and it’s ready to go the next day.
You can add any kinds of toppings you want to it. You can add fresh fruits, nuts, dried fruits, peanut butter, etc. Many people also add chia seeds to the overnight oats. Be adventurous and try new additions, you might be pleasantly surprised!
This is also good to put together with your kids, let them play around with their favorite toppings and learn more about fruits and nuts, etc. There’s no or minimal cooking involved, so it’s safe for them as well.

Woo hoo! I finally reached my 2nd goal weight it took forever to lose the 2 pounds to get there. but I did it! yay! Now on to my new goal! Total weight lost so far 24 lbs.
Yes! I went walking last night and this morning 50 min each when i could barely walk a whole 30 min without my legs hurting the first 10 min. Tomorrow the whole 1hr. I can do this! It’s only 10 more minutes. :) And it was such a nice morning today this is behind my neighborhood. So nice.
