OK so Wednesday was my weigh in day, but i don’t have a scale so that will have to wait. It’ s been a week and i do feel some change. I don’t feel so bloated and stuffed any more. I stopped drinking sodas, only drinking water now, not eating sweets, don’t really like eating sweet so that is a big help. I do love cheese though not such a great thing. Well we’ll see how i have done when i go get the scale. Till next time. Just keep going!!
